Pokemon Glazed Willow Sanctuary
So I'm about five hours into this hack and am really enjoying it already. However, I've heard that Willow's Sanctuary (just west of Glenwood Town) is supposed to allow you to catch the starters that you did not choose. All I can seem to find are level five first evolutions of pseudo-legendaries (Beldum, Gible, Larvitar, Deino, and Bagon are those that I can remember off the top of my head). I was wondering if I've patched the game wrong, or if my prior information was incorrect. Please let me know!
EDIT: Ought to clarify, I'm using version 6 and patched an Emerald (U) Rom
